GILBERT CHOCOLATES – Fall 2025 Promotional Giveaway
Official Rules:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
Eligibility: The giveaway is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, age eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
Employees and representatives of Gilbert Chocolates (sponsor) and of any Administrators identified at the end of these Official Rules, and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees or designees, as well as their immediate family members (herein, defined as spouses, parents/stepparents, siblings, children/stepchildren and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of their household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway and shall not be subject to appeal.
How to Enter: To be entered, visit our contest page between November 1, 2025, at 8:00 am ET and December 15, 2025, at 8:00 am ET (“Entry Period”) and provide your full name, email address and phone number. Limited to one entry per person regardless of which entry method is used. Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the giveaway. Need not be present at Event to win.
Prizes; Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”); and Odds: Six (6) winners will receive a 7 ½ ounce Gilbert Chocolates History box (ARV $15.75) The total ARV of all prizes awarded is $94.50 USD. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any such materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.
Prizes will not be delivered or mailed to winners.
Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to any prize. Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute an alternative prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater value, if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. Limit one (1) prize per household.
Random Drawing and Notification: Six (6) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period and will be announced on December 16, 2025, at approximately 1:30 pm ET. Potential winners need not be present at Event to win and will be contacted via telephone or email on or about December 16, 2025, using the contact information given at the time of entry in order to verify eligibility and confirm them as winners. Entrants must have a valid email address and phone number, and it is entrant’s responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in email address.
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Gilbert Chocolates website.
