Gilbert Chocolates – Jackson Crossing Mall
One retail store is inside the Jackson Crossing Mall, a convenient location for mall shoppers to buy our gourmet chocolates and seasonal chocolate gifts.

Briarwood Mall Location – Closed
Just after Thanksgiving 2025, the management of the Briarwood Mall informed us they would be executing the KICK clause of our lease, effective December 28, 2025. This means another company wants our space, and the terms of our lease allow the mall to make us move. The mall was unable to offer us a space that would satisfy the requirements of our food service license, so December 24, 2025 was our last day.
Just to be clear, this was not our choice, and it is not a result of anything we did wrong.
Now that the craziness of Christmas is past, we will be investigating our options to remain in the Ann Arbor area. Watch our Facebook page for updates as they occur.
