We offer many assortments to fit your needs, whether ¼ lb., ½ lb., 1 lb. or 2 lb. boxes. If you wish to have only a few select items in a box, for example all Dark Maple creams, clusters, chips, etc., we can pack that for you, too. Just give us a call.
Panama Assortment - Our Signature line of chocolates. The cream and caramel centers have a coating of Milk chocolate with ground almonds in the coating chocolate. Cream flavors include: Raspberry, Vanilla, Fudge, Maple, Coconut, Almond and Orange.
Delicious Assortment - All Milk chocolates including caramel, creams and an assortment of clusters (i.e. coconut, peanut, etc.).
Deluxe Assortment - Combines various confections done in Milk, Dark and White chocolate. (Creams, caramels, cluster, nuts, etc.).

Cream Assortment - Our flavor filled creams offered in Milk and Dark chocolate. Cream flavors include: Orange, Raspberry, Maple, Coconut, Vanilla, and Fudge.
Very Best Assortment - All Dark Chocolate confections including caramels, creams and an assortment of clusters (i.e. coconut, peanut, etc.).
Assorted Nuts - If you are 'nuts' for nuts, this is the assortment for you. (Milk and Dark chocolate smother delicious Almonds, Cashews, Pecans, Brazils, Walnuts, and Peanuts).
Milk Pecans - This is a holiday best seller. Why? Most confectioners do not use salted and roasted pecans because the roasting oils can affect the cocoa butter in the chocolate. We run them often to keep them extremely fresh and delicious!
Pecan Turtles - The same roasted and salted pecans used in our Milk Pecans assortment are covered with golden, chewy caramel and coated in Milk chocolate. A Gilbert Favorite!
